Shipping Policy

Our team processes orders within 24 to 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of Canadian and US public holidays. Orders received on weekends or Canadian and US public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

 

Shipping Within Canada

Shipments to Canadian addresses will be made by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Fedex.  All orders over CAD$40 (before tax) qualify for free shipping within Canada.  Orders below $40 (before tax) will incur a flat-rate $10 shipping charge. Standard shipping times within Canada can be up to 6 business days.

When placing your order please ensure the address you provide is a physical address and doesn’t contain any PO/APO/FPO or DPO addresses as we do not currently ship to them.

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number to enable you to track your order.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sproos.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • the product was purchased in the last 30 days;
  • the product is in its original packaging;
  • you have the receipt or proof of purchase; and
  • you obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us at hello@sprooslife.com, putting “RMN Request” in the subject line.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

  • for customers located in Western Canada and Internationally: 1442 Cliveden Avenue Delta, British Columbia V3M 6L9, Canada; or
  • for customers located in Eastern Canada: 75 Aventura Court Mississauga, Ontario L5T 2Y6, Canada.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

 

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

 

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
