Shipping Policy

At this time, Sproos is able to ship orders for physical delivery only within Canada and the mainland United States.  We are sorry to disappoint our potential customers located in other locations, but we do hope in the near future to ship to additional countries.

Shipments to Canadian addresses will be made by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Fedex.  All orders over CAD$40 (before tax) qualify for free shipping within Canada.  Orders below $40 (before tax) will incur a flat-rate $10 shipping charge. Standard shipping times within Canada can be up to 7-10 business days.

Shipments to mainland US addresses will be made by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Fedex from our warehouse located in Canada.  All orders over USD$40 (before tax) qualify for free shipping to mainland US addresses.  Orders below USD$40 (before tax) will incur a flat-rate USD$15 shipping charge. Standard shipping times to US addresses can be up to 7-14 business days (with the potential for further border delays if a shipment is held for inspection).  The customer will be responsible for any duties charged by US Customs.

Our team processes orders within 24 to 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of Canadian public holidays.  Orders received on weekends and Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

When placing your order please ensure the address you provide is a physical address and doesn’t contain any PO/APO/FPO or DPO addresses as we do not currently ship to them.

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number to enable you to track your order.


Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • the product was purchased in the last 30 days;
  • the product is in its original packaging;
  • you have the receipt or proof of purchase; and
  • you obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us at, putting “RMN Request” in the subject line.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

  • for customers located in Western Canada and the United States: 1442 Cliveden Avenue Delta, British Columbia V3M 6L9, Canada; or
  • for customers located in Eastern Canada: 75 Aventura Court Mississauga, Ontario L5T 2Y6, Canada.


Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.


Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.


Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
