I love Sproos gut collagen! The apple-ginger flavor is so refreshing and satisfying and I discovered that the active ingredients for healing the gut have additional benefits that are huge for me. The l-glutamine in particular has boosted my energy and stamina. I add a teaspoon to an 8 oz glass of water at a time. It soothes my stomach as well as my gut. I look forward to drinking a glass or 2 when I get home from work, as it soothes my nerves and gives me a gentle boost for the rest of the evening. So glad I tried this product!

This was the first time of using Sproos and must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh flavour and smooth texture of the collagen. The mixture dissolves quickly, there is no strange after taste, and best of all my stomach reacts well to gut collagen. My overall experience has been very good.
