Serving size: this recipe makes at least a dozen chocolates, depending on the size and shape of your chocolate mould.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup
- 1/3 cup
- 3 tbsp
- 1 tsp
- 1 tsp
- 2 scoops
- melted coconut oil
- raw cacao powder
- runny honey or maple syrup (adjust to your taste)
- pure vanilla extract
- sea salt
- Sproos Marine Collagen or Sproos Grass Fed Collagen
METHOD
- Whisk together all the ingredients until very well blended and collagen looks mostly dissolved.
- Pour into silicone chocolate molds.
- Chill in the freezer until firm and allow to soften for a few minutes at room temperature before enjoying or store in freezer or fridge.
