If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. An unopened product may be exchanged for another or returned for a refund. Discounted items during promotions are final sales and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • the product was purchased from the website, sprooslife.com, and delivered within the last 30 days.
  • the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • you have the receipt or proof of purchase, and
  • you obtained a return label from us.

Refund conditions

Flavor and Taste Preferences: We do not accept claims or process returns, refunds, or exchanges for opened products due to personal taste, flavor, or texture preferences. Once a product is opened, it is no longer eligible for return.

Third-Party Purchases: Refunds, exchanges, or claims are only available for products purchased directly from our website. We cannot process claims for products purchased from other retailers such as Amazon, local stores, or other third-party sellers.

Valid Reasons for Returns or Refunds:

  • Damaged products (due to quality issues).
  • Order errors (e.g., receiving the wrong product).
  • Expired products (if applicable).

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Our return and refund policy applies to international orders and does not cover circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance problems.

How to request a return or a refund

To obtain a return label, contact us at hello@sprooslife.com, with "return request" in the subject line. 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your exchange or refund will be processed. The refund will be applied automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank or credit card. If your refund has not been posted within 30 days, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Return fees

  • Canadian Customers: Returns are free for customers in Canada.
  • International Customers: Return shipping fees will apply for orders from the U.S. and certain European countries.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-price items can be refunded.
