Order processing

Our team processes orders within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Canadian and U.S. public holidays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Canada

Shipments to Canadian addresses are made through UPS or Canada Post from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada.

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over CAD $50 (before tax) qualify for free shipping.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under CAD $50 will incur a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.

Standard shipping times to Canada addresses are 3-5 business days

We offer shipping to PO addresses, but delivery to these locations may be longer than our standard delivery times. 

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via e-mail.

Holiday fulfillment schedule

During the holiday season, our fulfilment centre will be closed on the following days: 

  • For Christmas: from December 24th to December 26th. 
  • For New Year: December 31st and January 1st.  

Shipping delays from carriers during the holiday season may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Shipping internationally 

We ship to international addresses via UPS or Canada Post from our Toronto warehouse.

  • Flat Rate Shipping for U.S. Orders: All U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $30 USD.
  • Free Shipping for Select European Countries:
    • Orders over €80 EUR or £60 GBP (before tax) qualify for free shipping to destinations in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, and the U.K.
    • For other European countries, orders over €100 EUR qualify for free shipping.

Standard shipping to international addresses takes approximately 5–14 business days. Delays may occur if shipments are held for customs inspections.

Duties and Import Fees

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import fees.
  • Ensure you are familiar with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

We are not liable for packages held or destroyed due to customs clearance issues, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Additional Shipping Information

Signature at Delivery

For added security, you can select the signature requirement option at checkout.

If no one is available to sign for the package, it may be redirected to a local post office for pickup. A Delivery Notice Card will be left, and unclaimed packages must be picked up within 8 business days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us.

If you do not opt for the signature requirement, you assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Once the package has left our warehouse, we cannot modify the address.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and reshipment.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and reshipment.

Claims and Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, a theft claim must be filed with your local police before we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Missing packages must be reported on the carrier’s website within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Carriers may take up to 30 days to investigate lost packages. Refunds or reshipments will only be processed once the carrier's investigation is completed and approved. If the claim is not approved by the carrier, we regret that we will not be able to proceed further, as the decision lies solely with the carrier.
