INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 very small peeled & chopped beet
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 ripe banana (or frozen)
  • 1 scoop Sproos Marine or Sproos Grass Fed Collagen
  • Choice of sweetener (we like honey)
  • Small handful of ice cubes (optional)
