Delicious on its own with the heated milk of your choice (or hot water), but can also be used in coffees, smoothies, baking and more.
Directions: Add a scoop to your favourite heated milk or hot water. Stir or blend until fully mixed. Optional: add in your sweetener of choice.

I have been making a hot chocolate each night before bed and am really enjoying it. I mix it in my milk frother, with some almond milk and a bit of sweetener. Very delicious! I am finding that it helps me to cut back on my sugar cravings because my body thinks that it is getting a sweet treat. It also helps to calm me down and prepare me for bed. I would definitely recommend this product!
