RECIPE

PREP TIME: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 scoops grass-fed or marine caught Sproos collagen
  • 1 ripe large mango cut into chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • Juice of one lime
  • Honey to taste

METHOD

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicles molds and freeze until solid.
