Sweeten up a friend or lover's Valentine's Day with these amazing, melt-in-your-mouth mini collagen chocolates. With just 5 whole ingredients and your choice of Sproos Marine or Sproos Grass Fed Collagen, you'll be satisfying cravings while sharing the love of health and benefits of collagen.

This is a tried and true chocolate recipe and we won't be surprised if it becomes your easy go-to dessert recipe post-Valentine's Day.

Serving size: this recipe makes at least a dozen chocolates, depending on the size and shape of your chocolate mould.

  • 1/3 cup
  • 1/3 cup
  • 3 tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 scoops
  • melted coconut oil
  • raw cacao powder
  • runny honey or maple syrup (adjust to your taste)
  • pure vanilla extract
  • sea salt
  • Sproos Marine Collagen or Sproos Grass Fed Collagen


  1. Whisk together all the ingredients until very well blended and collagen looks mostly dissolved.
  2. Pour into silicone chocolate molds.
  3. Chill in the freezer until firm and allow to soften for a few minutes at room temperature before enjoying or store in freezer or fridge.
