Iced Lavender Matcha Recipe

Lavender is all the hype this summer and we're here for it. Try our sproos'd up version of an Iced Lavender Matcha.

Lavender and matcha are a match-a made in heaven, we're kicking ourselves for not discovering it sooner! Our version is infused with the goodness of our Super Matcha Latte.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Sproos Super Matcha Latte
  • 1 cup mylk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
  • 3 tbsp cream of choice 
  • 1-2 tbsp lavender syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, mix the Sproos Super Matcha Latte with a small amount of hot water to dissolve. Stir until smooth.

  2. Fill your glass with ice and pour in your mylk and dissolved matcha. 

  3. In a separate glass add your lavender syrup and heavy cream and froth until thick and foamy 

  4. Pour your lavender cold foam over your matcha and enjoy!
