Not your average butter popcorn. This popcorn recipe is packed with healthy greens from our Collagen Greens and savoury spices for a crunchy, salty treat. Perfect for nights in at home or an afternoon snack!

 

RECIPE

PREP TIME: 5 mins   /  COOK TIME: 5 mins   /  TOTAL TIME: 10 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 cups popped popcorn (approx 1/3 cup of unpopped kernels)
  • 3 tbsp avocado, coconut or olive oil
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 scoop Collagen Greens
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne (or more to taste for extra heat)

METHOD

  1. Mix the spices, Sproos Collagen Greens, nutritional yeast, salt and oil in the bottom of a large bowl.
  2. Add the popped popcorn and toss until well coated and enjoy!
