Our recovery smoothie is loaded full of collagen, healthy carbs and fats to help your body recover and replenish. Plus, who could say no to a cold chocolate almond butter smoothie? Star smoothie ingredient? Our new Performance Multi-Collagen! It's a source of three types of collagen (I, II and III) to provide whole body support and recovery from training and injury. The multi-collagen powder is a balanced blend of grass-fed bovine, wild-caught marine and cage-free chicken bone broth collagen. The unflavoured formulation makes it a great addition to both smoothies and shakes. If you don't have our Performance Multi-Collagen on hand yet, feel free to sub in either our Grass-Fed or Marine Collagen.

 

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Performance Multi-Collagen
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 medjool dates

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend. Enjoy!
