- 1 scoop MCT Collagen Creamer
- 1 cup milk
- 2 shots espresso
- 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice)
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)
- Optional: whipped cream and nutmeg to top
- Add MCT Collagen Creamer, milk, espresso, gingerbread spice, coconut sugar and vanilla to an electric frother and combine. Alternatively, add all ingredients to a pot and whisk over medium-high heat until warmed and fully combined.
- Pour into your favourite mug and top generously with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
