Gingerbread Collagen Latte

What we're sipping on this holiday season

Gingerbread latte? Yes, please. Our version combines the yummy and warm flavours of gingerbread with the benefits and creaminess of collagen and MCT powder.




  • 1 scoop MCT Collagen Creamer
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice)
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • Optional: whipped cream and nutmeg to top


  1. Add MCT Collagen Creamer, milk, espresso, gingerbread spice, coconut sugar and vanilla to an electric frother and combine. Alternatively, add all ingredients to a pot and whisk over medium-high heat until warmed and fully combined. 
  2. Pour into your favourite mug and top generously with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
