INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Sproos Grass Fed Collagen
- 1 cup hot water
- 2cm nub fresh ginger root
- 2cm nub fresh turmeric root
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp raw honey (or to taste)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch cardamom
METHOD
Boil water then allow to cool slightly. Add all ingredients to the blender and wiz until smooth. Be careful that the lid is firmly on the blender (we like to hold it on tight with a an oven mitt for added protection from any hot drops that may escape) and be careful of any hot stem when you open the blender. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy as you wind down.
