INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup cold-pressed orange juice
- 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 thumb-sized chunk fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp raw honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne
METHOD
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Transfer to a mug, sip and soothe!
