INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sachet or scoop of Sproos Marine or Sproos Grass Fed Collagen
  • 1/2 or 1 whole apple
  • Handfuls of spinach and/or kale leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1 cm piece fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • A few ice cubes
  • Optional: honey or unsweetened apple juice

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
