INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop or sachet Sproos Marine collagen
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small orange (watch for pits)
  • Juice of a lime
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small mango or 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cm nub fresh turmeric
  • 1 handful ice cube
  • Honey to taste

METHOD

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Adjust the honey to your liking.
  3. Drink up and glow!
