Apple pie is a fall essential so we apple-solutely had to create this creamy apple pie smoothie! Packed with all of the warm flavours of autumn baking and all the benefits of marine collagen, this smoothie is a great fall staple recipe.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Sproos Marine Collagen
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 apple diced
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ice
- drizzle of maple syrup
- cinnamon
- granola (to top the smoothie!)
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients except granola into a high speed blender and blend until fully combined.
- Pour into a large cup and top with granola, cinnamon and a little extra almond butter and enjoy! Happy fall!
