Apple pie is a fall essential so we apple-solutely had to create this creamy apple pie smoothie! Packed with all of the warm flavours of autumn baking and all the benefits of marine collagen, this smoothie is a great fall staple recipe.  

RECIPE

PREP TIME: 5 min 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Sproos Marine Collagen
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ice
  • drizzle of maple syrup
  • cinnamon
  • granola (to top the smoothie!)

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients except granola into a high speed blender and blend until fully combined. 
  2. Pour into a large cup and top with granola, cinnamon and a little extra almond butter and enjoy! Happy fall!
